There is a refundable security deposit of $350.00 A $115.00 Cleaning Fee. Minimum 3 nights on Holiday Weekends Minimum 2 Nights all other times. Lodging Tax applies to rental fee and cleaning fee at 6%. Check in at 3:00 pm & check out at 11:00 am.
